Office space CAA Sports

The new office space is located in northern Munich in a listed building ensemble. In the concept, the nearly symmetrical property floor plans are covered by two centrally located theme islands in the form of meeting zones and a lounge zone in the respective building wings. The connecting corridor will be used as a space for recreation, eating, and communication. A video installation accompanies the entire length of the hallway.

Wine shop Brienner Strasse

A wine shop was designed in a former office space in the heart of Munich. Due to its proximity to Munich’s museum quarter, it serves as a bistro and wine shop during the day and as an event space in the evening. Surrounded by glass on three sides, the room resembles a showroom for the presentation of wine and food. Mobile, gold-painted steel shelves offer the option of flexible decoration. Presenting a motif of the wine god Bacchus, a 100m2 printed acoustic ceiling creates a link to the room’s use.

Clinical Laboratory Center Vaduz

For the clinical laboratory center Dr. Risch, the office spaces for the new location in Vaduz/Liechtenstein will be designed. In addition to the office spaces, the bistro, terraces, and reception area are also part of the design concept. Free, organic shapes inspired by the theme of liquids, the main medium of clinical laboratory activities, stand out from the main floor covering in the form of differently colored carpet areas and connect the individual zones through the glass walls.

Townhouse in Munich II

The existing building in Munich-Sendling will be completely renovated and expanded. The clear, calm division of the facade and the room-high window glazing creates an intensive correlation between the interior and exterior. The metallic facade clearly sets the building apart from its environment.

House of encounters

A patchwork family from Munich wanted a design for a private house that allows enough space and privacy for both families, but also offers the possibility of interconnecting rooms and areas to inhabit the house as one unit. Uncoupled from a property, a house of gathering, retreat, and change was diagrammatically designed.

Park Casino Taufkirchen

The existing Park Casino in Taufkirchen is to be reconstructed and expanded. In the future, the large guest room will be organized and divided by room dividers in the form of storage shelves. In addition to space for decorations, these elements also contain acoustically effective surfaces and can function as coat racks or tray servers. The expansion area will be spatially connected to the property via the window openings of the former facade.

Culture cafe Mainz

A culture cafe is to be set up in the former canteen building on the campus of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. The space allocation plan envisages an extremely flexible, multi-functional room which can serve as an additional cafe for students during the day and as an event space for smaller concerts and cultural events in the evenings. A robust furniture system, consisting of Tetris-like building blocks, allows for great positioning variety.
